"Hello! My name is Brooke Douglas and my goal as a Credentialed Nutrition Educator is to 'coach' people to a healthier life by applying basic nutrition principles to better manage disease states and for disease prevention.
The overwhelming amount of advice on food products and supplements claiming to be good for you is quite confusing and some of it is downright deceptive. I hope to clear up all of the confusion and show you how simple it is to:
1. Nutritionally manage a disease state (ie; high blood pressure, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, heart disease).
2. Learn how to follow a more healthful lifestyle in order to prevent free radical damage (disease states) from occuring.
I know the public isn't sure what to believe. My goal is to clear up the confusion for those who want to learn. There is no better person to learn about nutrition ... than from a Registered Dietitian with over two decades of experience."
